Who these terms cover.
These draft terms describe the proposed relationship between the operator of Vibestarz (“Vibestarz,” “we,” or “us”) and people who visit, host, participate, or use the associated service (“you”). The operator’s full legal identity, address, and effective date must be supplied before these terms are adopted.
The preview may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Separate written terms may apply to an event, paid service, production, or partnership. Nothing here announces a paid offer or a financing transaction.
Eligibility and access.
The proposed self-service preview is for people aged 18 or older who can enter into a binding agreement where they live. You must be authorized to act for any organization you represent. This proposed age restriction is not a representation that the current product verifies age.
Hosting is limited to invited or otherwise authorized hosts. Keep host credentials, room controls, and invitation links secure. Do not share credentials with someone who is not authorized to use them. Guest access does not grant host or operator privileges.
Programs for children or young people require separate approval, safeguarding, and any legally required consent. Do not use this preview as a children’s service.
Participation and acceptable use.
Follow the community guidelines and applicable law. You may not use the service for fraud, harassment, infringement, unauthorized surveillance, malware, exploitation, or other unlawful or harmful conduct.
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls or rate limits, collect other participants’ data without permission, or manipulate participation through duplicate identities or automated ballots. Hosts must explain the format and obtain permissions for any recording or other activity they arrange.
Your ideas and contributions.
You retain whatever rights you have in the material you submit. Submit only material you are authorized to use, and obtain permission for other people’s personal information, likenesses, voices, and creative work. An idea can be visible to other participants and become part of a song, build, archive, or public gallery item.
Under the proposed terms, you grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, adapt, and display your contributions to operate the experience you choose, including creating related songs and builds and making selected results available. Service providers may process contributions for those purposes.
This does not create a blanket right to use your identity in an unrelated advertising campaign, sell your story, or endorse a product on your behalf. Separate productions or publicity uses need appropriate permissions. Withdrawal and removal requests are subject to technical limits, applicable law, and copies others already lawfully received.
Generated work and intellectual property.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique, or ineligible for intellectual-property protection. We cannot promise that every output is original or free of third-party rights. Review material before using, publishing, or commercializing it.
Access to a result does not by itself transfer copyright or create an open-source license. Check each artifact’s notices and any component or provider terms. Rights in submitted materials, generated content, code dependencies, music, and the Vibestarz brand may differ. Explicit licenses or separate written agreements govern permissions they grant.
Voting or participating does not automatically give you equity, royalties, ownership in a build, employment, or a share of future revenue.
Votes, results, and money.
Vibes are non-purchasable participation units in the current preview. They have no cash value and are not redeemable, transferable financial assets, securities, or cryptocurrency. An episode’s choice does not promise a prize, grant, investment, completed build, or commercial outcome.
Hosts and operators may pause or end a room, correct technical errors, and address suspected abuse. Any future activity involving payments, funding, prizes, or binding allocation requires its own published rules and appropriate review before launch.
Use prototypes with care.
Generated apps and example data are provided for experimentation. Test them before using them in a real workflow. Do not rely on them for emergency response, professional advice, critical infrastructure, or decisions where an error could cause significant harm.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate technical, security, accessibility, rights, and professional review before deploying or distributing a result. A demonstration of a working feature is not a warranty of safety, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for your purpose.
Privacy and other services.
The Privacy notice explains the information involved in running the preview. The Cookies & storage page describes browser storage. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal records to a public or shared experience.
External sites, downloaded artifacts, independently hosted apps, and AI service providers may operate under different terms. We do not control services operated by others.
Availability, warranties, and responsibility.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the preview and its outputs are offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of work you need.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept responsibility for indirect or consequential losses arising from experimental outputs, service interruptions, or third-party services. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. Any monetary liability cap, governing-law choice, or dispute provision remains subject to legal review before adoption.
Restrictions and termination.
The operator may restrict access, hold or remove content, or suspend an episode to address abuse, legal obligations, security, or operational concerns. You may stop using the service at any time.
Stopping use or clearing browser data does not automatically delete server records or remove published work. Use the privacy or content-removal request route to ask about those records. Rights in copies previously licensed or distributed may continue.
Changes and contact.
Material changes should be announced with a revised date and appropriate notice. New purposes, paid services, or additional commitments may require separate agreement; publishing a new page is not a substitute for required consent.
Questions, disputes, rights complaints, and requests for review should go through the contact page. The final operator and legal contact must be confirmed before these draft terms become effective.
