Our approach.

We aim to make the public site readable and navigable with clear headings, visible keyboard focus, descriptive controls, responsive layouts, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.

WCAG 2.2 Level AA is a design target, not a claim of certified or complete conformance. The full platform, live episodes, and generated apps have not undergone a comprehensive independent accessibility audit.

02

Using these pages.

Use the “Skip to content” link at the start of public pages to pass the navigation. Long-form pages include a linked table of contents. FAQ answers use native expandable controls. Text can be enlarged with your browser’s zoom controls.

Music starts only when you choose to play it. Decorative graphics are kept out of the reading order. Motion on public pages is limited and reduced when your system requests it.

03

Participating in an episode.

A browser is enough to join a room. Available viewing and participation modes let people follow the show in different ways, but timed votes, visual progress, lyrics, and audio can still present barriers.

Hosts should explain each stage aloud, allow time to understand the interface, and arrange help where needed. A host can facilitate participation; the software alone is not a complete accommodation plan.

04

Known limitations.

Not every song or audio asset has a complete accessible transcript. Timed lyrics are not a substitute for comprehensive captions or audio description. Generated apps can contain accessibility problems even when the surrounding site works well.

Some live interactions depend on timing, network access, or a particular device capability. Please treat a generated app as a prototype that needs its own review before depending on it.

05

Help us make it better.

Report an access barrier through the contact page. Include the page or room link, what you were trying to do, and, if comfortable, your browser or assistive technology. A description is enough; you do not need to disclose a diagnosis.

We welcome specific requests for an alternative way to access information or participate. During preview, response times and available accommodations vary.
